Exchange and return
At dOb hearing Protection you can exchange or return your purchases within 14 days after purchase in the original, undamaged packaging provided the article is unworn (for understandable hygienic reasons). This does not apply to special orders/customised work, such as the custom-made hearing protection.
How does the return work?
You can return the product to dOb hearing Protection by post. Please make sure you return the packing slip together with your bank account number and the reason why you want the product to be returned.
Can I also exchange my ordered product (s)?
The possibility exists to exchange a purchased product for, for example, another type of hearing protection. Please contact us to discuss the options
What does it cost to return?
When returning a product, you are responsible for the return costs. Unfortunately, if a package has not been sent back to us sufficiently, we cannot accept the package.
Receive a wrong product?
We put your order together with the utmost care. If you nevertheless get an article that you have not ordered, we would like to ask you to contact us and return the order to us. We will refund the shipping costs to your bank account. For sending the right product, we do not charge shipping costs.
Receive a defective or incomplete product?
Within DOB hearing Protection you can exchange or return your purchases in the original packaging within 14 days of purchase, provided that the article is unworn (for understandable hygienic reasons). If you find out after opening the packaging that the delivered product is defective or incomplete, please contact us for further handling.
